He was a good guy, and one that I really looked up to. He will be missed and forever in our hearts. He was known more as the Crocodile Hunter from the Animal Planet television shows. He died from a stingray barb through his chest.

I really loved Steve Irwin I've been watching his shows for as long as I can remember and was going to go and meet him over christmas break. He was an awsome man who never deserved to die.

I agree, he was about the coolest animal show host in the world. And he had the most charming aussie accent! I'm really going to miss him more then I've ever missed any television host before in my entire lifetime. It was almost as if I knew him, but I didn't. When I get the chance, I'm going to buy myself a pair of kahki shorts and one of his 'fan shirts.'
